Real Estate Application

Future listing App is related to Real Estate Application that gives information to users about which property to buy for a given locality. The application has been built using Python , Django , React DocuSign tech stack with a rich User experience . The applications allows users to easily navigate and update the user workflow. The application includes informational pages related to brokerage rates along with marketing pages for Loan officers related to specific loan products.

The application provides four categories of user types which are Admin, Realtor, Buyer, and Loan Officer. When customer select the user type, the application provides an sign up option based on the user role type. Once the user signs up with requisite details such as Name, Password, Picture and Company logo (for Realtor, loan officer types) an email is generated through Sendgrid along with the user profile details. User id and Password will be shared on sign-up to users via e-mail.

Home page screen has two options
1. Real Estate Agent Home.
2. Loan officer Home.

Besides the application has been designed with the following user-role related pages

Users will be directed to related pages based on their user roles and sign-up process flow. Once the sign-up is done the account shows “Pending review” state, the administrator can either approve or deny their sign-up .

We have prepared Wireframes and Front end design using Adobe XD, Photoshop in coming up with the initial design and mockup and followed by further design revisions
